STROLLER SQUEEGEE
The complete stroller wheel cleaning system
What is the stroller squeegee?
The stroller squeegee is an idea born from necessity. Many parents love taking their children on walks in the stroller but are frustrated when they later find dirt and mud picked up by the stroller on their floors and in their carpets. The stroller squeegee is the solution!! It is a complete wheel cleaning system that attaches easily to the frame of the stroller. It allows the user to completely clean the wheels of the stroller without missing a step, literally!
How does the stroller squeegee work?
The stroller squeegee is activated using two hand levers attached to the handle bar of the stroller. Squeezing the hand levers causes the brushes attached to the frame of the stroller to engage the wheels. And that is it!! Simply squeeze the hand levers and the stroller squeegee does the rest!
Why do you keep calling it a squeegee?!
The name comes from our original idea of using flexible rubber squeegees instead of brushes. After a little analysis we realized that this would never work. In the meantime the name had already stuck! For our walks we like drive to the park so that means putting the stroller in the trunk.
Is this product going to interfere with me folding my stroller up?
Not at all! We have designed the stroller squeegee to be completely compatible with all previous operations of the stroller. Anything you can do with your stroller now you can do with the stroller squeegee attached. Just look at the photos below!
Looks like a great product! But how much is it going to cost me?
Our target price for the stroller squeegee complete wheel cleaning system is $20 or less! We feel that this low price is well worth the added convenience and peace of mind of knowing that you can store your stroller in the house and never have to worry about tracking in mud again!
For $20 is this thing really going to work?
We hope you enjoy our product and will continue to support IIT and the Mechanical Design projects. Thank you!
